International Shipping Policy
The ordered items are shipped weekly usually on Fridays. Items will be shipped after payment confirmation by PayPal.

In-stock Policy
Since all embroidered pieces are unique and individually handmade, some items might be sold out.If the items are not in-stock, you will be notified immediately via email. You will also be notified on the time needed to get the requested items (s) ready.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return the purchased embroidered piece(s), simply send us an e-mail and return the item in its original condition within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. You will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges as well as any money transaction charges for the returned merchandise.
